This is an upgraded version of my Colony Seaports mod I did a while back.

The terrain flattening is more circular and makes thing fit much better. It also makes it so that colonies are closer to cliffs.

Hey! I love this mod, it's a lot more reliable than its precessor, but it seems I still don't fully understand the conditions in which a harbor can be made..
I've tried having it as low as possible to a large body of water next to a water-bound spice geyser, but it still formed a normal city.
I can confirm the mod does work as it's worked a few times, but it's inconsistant.
