[UPE] Infinite Part Scaling

This mod makes Every part have infinite scaling and shrinking(or as close as your gonna get to infinite), due to how UPE(Universal Property Enhancer) works, this applies to every part in the game at all times.
This will still require force save if you take things too far.

I'm not sure if I'm the only one but for some reason this mod doesn't seem to work for me. I've currently placed it in my Basegame Spore Folder, just to see if that works.

Did you install UPR which is linked in the OP? also please install all mods in Spore GA unless specifically told so.

Yes I put UPR in there, but either something is overiding it, I don't know what to do.

Did you use the ModAPI Launcher?

Put the .dll file for the universal prop replacement mod in the ModAPI folder. (the folder in which the ModAPI is present)

unless scaling is handled differently it can, its also very easy to increase the capability to work with limb's and joint's due to how UPR works just find the property name that handle's scaling and override it.

Wait, I downloaded and installed Infinite Part Scaling AND Universal Property Replacement, however I tested it and it didn't work. I can't tell if there is something I am missing or if I screwed up, does anyone know how to fix this?

I installed both mods using the Spore ModAPI Launcher Easy Installer (the latest releases, too). Yet it doesn't work. But other ModAPI mods do work
