MOL is a mod for the vehicle editors which unlocks all the type-specific parts for every type of vehicle. Want a plane with wheels? Make a plane with wheels! Want a tank with wings? Make a tank with wings! Want a war chariot covered in bling & banners? ... You get the idea.
The mod also features rigid copies of all the unlocked parts, so that your realistic looking plane won't be trying to drive through the air, and so you can have bags of money or horns that aren't constantly animating. I've tested these and they work without issue, though the method used to remove the animations is a bit hack-y. Some rigid parts may still animate in the editor, even though they won't be able to in game, for instance. The rigid parts cost nothing and add no complexity or capability, to make decorating with them easier. I've also added two sets of power parts, one for each attribute that can be scaled down to nothing (be warned that you cannot scale them back up if you make them too small to select) to balance vehicles without wasting your entire budget. This first started life as a fix for VanillaCold's Spaceplanes mod to make it compatible with B&V Fusion (another fantastic vehicle mod) and probably wouldn't exist without it.
