Changes:
- Reduced Architype Ability Cooldown (Even less than Super Powers Mod)
- All Abilities allow you to exit the planet when using the tool
- Fanatical Frenzy and Gravitational Wave no longer breaks Galactic Code so you can use them to your hearts content
- Mini-U duration is now longer than original Super Powers Mod (Credit to ThomaxMHxDeaf for fixing it)
