How do I make a recording not look low-quality?

How do I make a recording not look low-quality?

I have recorded some stuff that I want to post on Reddit but I need to convert it to MP4 or something. But when I do convert it, the video is very low-quality. How do I prevent this?


I'm here to take away MeTuL bAwKsEz and download Spore mods. And I'm all out of mEtUl BaWkSeZ to take away.
