DI Black Screen Crash on Launch with GoG Spore Collection

I've been using the Spore Collection for GOG.COM and the initial installation, Dark Injection worked perfectly. DI has ONLY been black screen crashing on startup since I reinstalled Spore to a different location and every subsequent reinstallation thereafter.

I ran Galaxy's uninstall process like you do for any game bought from GoG and deleted the old folder. Am I missing anything with regard to properly removing in preparation for a Windows 11 reinstallation? ...With these crashes when attempting to run Dark Injection, the only thing I can pinpoint is that I may be removing and/or reinstalling the Spore and/or DI wrong. Every other mod I install and run through the ModAPI works, except Dark Injection.
