I can not fully edit my captain's whole body parts I can only add clothings to him. Unlike when I edit/in creature creation i can customize all body parts from heads arms legs and allat, but in captain's customisation I can only give him clothings. Is this intentional? I hope not..You can't edit your Captain's body parts?

you need genetic modifier

You can't change the Captain with it.You need genetic modifier.
It may not be intentional, they may have just forgotten to apply it to the Captain as well, or they could not do it. I don't no...
