I think the Cell voices in cell stage were hardcoded into the NPC species.. so I am not sure how anyone could make that into a voice template..

SporeModder has example projects which contains a readme and files for custom music. I think it's possible in SporeMaster, but I did it in Sporemodder just because it's easier on me.
