Due to an unexpected database update fail, the forum had to undergo a reset to an August backup. This sadly means all new user registations and content posted between 08-08-2020 and 12-24-2020 has been wiped. We apologize for the inconvenience and have taken measures to prevent this error from happening in the future.

What about custom names for empires?
All empires in the game are named after the name of the species. What about giving the player the opportunity to come up with a name for the empire? For example, "Federation of Systems" or "Galactic Republic"

This is an awesome idea, and it is one that I have considered for my own mod, but I have not, as of yet, figured out how to implement it.
