Spore Texture Files?

How do I access the Spore texture files? By 'texture files' I mean the textures that you can apply to creations in 'Paint Mode.'

i know where they are, but they are not possible to change except for the color.

the actaul texture files and configuration for them are all in the folder: #406A0200.
the place where you add them in is: #406B6D0D and #406b6d0d.
the "images" for the textures are in: animations~. they are not actually image files, but spore uses them like image files.

good luck changing the texture pattern.

also, the color is easy. just edit the RGB in #406A0200.

you call it animations, but isnt it also known as 00000000?

some modders name their hashes, i cannot figure out how.
i dont open those mods so i remain at default hashes.

Here say that the extension .raster are Spore textures/Models. There are a lot of .raster files on the Spore Packages.

One of the things that takes away realism Spore is light. In blender is light and shadow, and that seems a lot more quality. In Spore light comes from all sides, there are no shadows. If we could change that would have much more quality. It's one of the things we try to do in the Spore Resurrection.
