Please keep in mind that if your request is not granted immediately, that doesn't mean it never will be. Sooner or later, someone may well pop in and try to make it happen. Patience is a virtue. Just...don't go around begging and annoying people over it.
Additionally, be aware that while the Spore ModAPI has empowered mod developers like never before, our ability to add "new" functionality still has its limits, so if there's nothing in Spore that can already do it, we may not be able to either. Nothing is lost in asking, but don't get your hopes up, especially not for anything really big.

finding more modders...
there seems to be a lack of modders on spore I know it is an older gamebut there is so much potential for the game... I do not have much room to talk because I currently do not know how to mood spore or what I would use but there are just so many things that could be done with this game..most people are saying that features could not be added or that some things are just not possible but,I feel as though the game just needs a bigger modding community.. I had an idea of a stage some sort of free roam stage like the creature stage only where your goal is to collect species on different planets.. or in the current galactic stage make it to where you can exit your vehicle on any planet and walk among the people.

Darhagonable is right. That having been said, you say that you're not really in a position to talk due to not being a mod developer yourself, but no mod developer has let that get in their way of learning, so what's your excuse?
