Romney required all births to same sex parents be reviewed by his legal team before cities, towns or hospital could do anything regarding the official status of the birth.
Then … If these same sex couples received approval –
his genius solution was for the city, town or hospital could then cross out the word “father” on the birth certificate … and using regular ink … they would write in “2nd parent”.

This is someone’s birth certificate we’re talking about!
This wasn’t in the 1950′s … this was only 8 years ago.
He’s for smaller government unless it means the state approving who can and can’t have kids … just 10 years after he said he’d be more pro-gay than Ted Kennedy.
