Well, I will attempt to make all the parts that you demand to me. Only PARTS, not putting it in Spore.

If I give you the models, will you convert them to mesh.xmls? Cause I have a whole load of custom part models!

No, I can put them in spore. But would you be able to take an OBJ file and convert it to a mesh.xml file? I'm not asking for you to pack it into a mod, I can do that.

Okay, but it isn't necessary convert it in .obj no?
Do you want that I made the UV map too?
PD: I can pack criatures into mesh.xml, too.

Sure, you can uv map them. I'll get them up tomorrow afternoon, or the day after, I'm away today.

Also, I converted them to obj, because you can't directly open .sci files in blender.

Here are the models I want you to convert:

I dont really have anything to base the size and orientation off of, so if they are way too big or not facing the right direction, you can fix them or not fix them, its your choice. the models can be uv mapped with just flat textures showing where they texture. can you color it like this?

mouths:

eyes - green
teeth - white
mouth socket or inside of mouth - red
area around the red mouth - tan
other areas - grey

tail and body:

spikes - yellow
tail and body - tan


if you do this i will be very grateful, so i can texture them exactly how i feel i like. I'll credit you on release of the mod, too.

I'd prefer to keep them separate UNTIL I get them organized into pages, textured, and fully working, but after that, I may reconsider.

PS: these were made in sculptris, a free easy to use 3d modeling program. I highly recommend it, you can make some awesome stuff with it, like shown below. its just like using clay. :D

Question: if I design a number of new parts, and maybe even manage to save them as mesh XMLs, are here people who can make them into mods? I promise you interesting parts! But I have not (yet) the technology, to convert them to mods.
