I'm probably resurrecting a (partially) dead thread, so sorry about that, but I have a question as well: How do you depict the rotation points, morphing arrows and joints when putting those models into the game? When you make, for example, a mouth, how is jaw made to work?

Movement animations are matched via their name.
Morph animations are matched via their name, with the handles positioned via the controls included in the SporeModder Blender addon.
