Well I had Noticed that they were used in most of the files such as bite and other stuff and hoping maybe they would be useful to those trying to create new attacks, parts, tools, etc.

Oh. Well that's certainly a nice idea...problem is, different users may have different reg_ lists, leading to a possibility of them being unable to use these due to missing aliases. This is why it's best for one to extract the necessary files from their own game using their own copy of SporeModder .-.
