Possible Mods Lost in Time?

Anyone have any information on these mods? They appear to have been lost for quite some time, because the files don't seem to be compatible with the updated game, and also they cannot be unpacked. Also, in the "history books" (forum posts and information on old to new sporebase mostly) of spore, they are not mentioned once. I've never heard of this guy's spore mods.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

SMMF Spore Major Mod File, it says on a readme file. I believe they are files that can be readed with an especific program. But they are concepts, nothing real. The unique real mods there are the .package files.

Yea, I found that stuff too. I've downloaded every mod posted there, not a single one works, including packages.
