Can't import adventures, captains, or creatures with C&C parts to Sporepedia

I recently reinstalled my C&C, Galactic Adventures, Bot parts, and mods a week back offline and took the bold step of (you guessed it) logging into my online account. As it so happens, my C&C, Captain, and adventure uploads don't go through at all. They wind up "not uploading" at all. Is this some sort of glitch? Need to resolve this asap.

The Spore servers have been having some issues for a while now, but this isn't one of them. You may need to contact Origin support to get the DLCs properly attached to your account.

Got the hang of registering my Galactic Adventures, but C&C on the other hand...well....my Origin account states that my particular registration code "Was previously used" (This code has already been used.). Tried contacting EA support, but their reputation as the worst video game company in recent years (excluding LJN), resulted in nothing more than "Oh can't help you on that one".

Odd...normally they're happy to help with that kind of stuff. I'd say try again at a different time of day or something ._.

I mean my EA assistant was clearly happy to well....assist me but insisted that I "bring over a disc" or "follow this step" when clearly I haven't installed C&C via disc. I've done so through the official disc's files, but not the disc itself. And the code that I happened to register C&C was supposedly attached to another account, so....yeah it sucks.
