CLG2 lines in Consequence file

So I was making a mod and I spotted these two lines in the Consequence folder that stood out to me.

Now as far as I know these two lines are never used in game. And CLG means Cell Game, but Cell Game 2? What do you guys think that means, as there's no second cell game. Maybe something akin to Aquatic Stage?

Probably molecular and microbial stages, respectively. So CLG2 = Cell Stage as we know it today, with CLG1 being the molecular stage. I suppose they could be numbered in reverse order, but I doubt that would be the case.
