Pay Per Click on Images?

so i am testing the waters with this site http://imgserve.net/

they claim to pay on click...
payout at $3

so heres a link, we shall see how it goes...
if you are under 18, please do not click... as i think the ads displayed are 18+ in age...
they have an option to mark it as clean, but it seems to change nothing...

I tried it and got this:

Couldn't make connection."

Sorry, Davo...I was able to go to it, and decided it was NOT a proper link for the scope of this forum, given the average age group of our members. Funny how the advertisers pay more per click when illicit material is involved...
