You should probably explain what you mean by "amazing anger management".

I went to anger management....it pissed me off.
26 weeks of listening to some woman explain to us how wrong it was to be angry at anything in life and we should all pick pretty flowers and help someone everyday, blah blah. She came in drunk one day to class and was fired. I bet she was mad.

Pick some flowers...lol.

No need to give your age.

I've known a couple therapists who were amazing. Can't say they did much for me either. Just be aware that I'm rather intolerant of homophobia.

Anyway, yeah. The only important thing I've ever taken away from a therapist was the question, "So when are you going to stop rebelling?" I still don't have an answer.

These days, what I do for anger management is load up Fallout 3 and head to the capital building with my Fatman launcher and all the mini-nukes I've got. The sessions never end well. So, in a way, it shows how going off while all pissed off doesn't really do you any good.

I still have issues with road rage. Been working on that. Zen meditation has help far more than any therapist though.

the only reason i asked age was so i knew if i were talking to an 8yo or not...lol

joe, you never tried the MIRV on FO3? it launches about 7 or 8 mininukes at a time, although they have no set guide, i seem to blow myself up more than anything. One nuke always looks as if it were just falling out of the barrel straight to the ground.

Never managed to get the MIRV out of the room in (wherever it is...Germantown? The armory?).

Though, that is one of my "get around to it" goals. :)
