DarkinjectionV9 Glitch

So, I've downloaded Darkinjection a few days ago. It's been working completely fine, until this point. Following, spore swimming-glitch tutorial, I've tried to lay the spine flat on the ground of the editor. However, it goes through / sinks under it. o.o

That isn't really a glitch, that's a feature. Use the invisible limbs for swimming things instead.

That was what I was trying to do, but I always lay the spine down flat on the ground before attaching them (otherwise it never works for me).

Um, invisible limbs are on the ~9th limbs page. I don't know what you are doing with the spine but it isn't needed.

my spore game was working fine, now that I downloaded the mod, the creature editor is centered with the creature in the corner, the dark injection parts are invisible, and I can't save the creation if there is dark injection parts on it.

What version and what patch of spore are you using?
