Is there a way to mod D.I. so all parts are unlockable?

BEFORE YOU POST...

Remember that all mods available here REQUIRE Spore: Galactic Adventures AND patch 5.1. Patch 6\Bot Parts does NOT include Patch 5.1! (Some may work on other setups, but this is recommended)

Can't get a mod to work? Feel free to ask for help, there's always someone around to help out. Just make sure to include the following information:
a) Did you install Spore from Steam, Origin, or a Disk?
b) Is your game patched to the latest version?
c) Do you have Galactic Adventures?
d) If so, is it also patched to the latest version?
e) Where did you install the mod to?
f) What is the file's current name in the folder you installed it to?

Is there a way to mod D.I. so all parts are unlockable?

I started a new game in Cell Stage and when I evolved to Creature Stage all D.I. parts are locked. After scavenging for bones for almost a week, I managed to unlock ONLY the entire first page of D.I. parts. On the other hand, the ones on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th page seem to be impossible to unlock. When I scavenge for more bones, they simply break open with no new parts appearing over the creature's head. I don't want to start all over again, but here's a few questions:
Is it okay if you modify D.I. so all parts are automatically unlockable? Similar to this mod, but with Dark Injection parts only:
I still have SporeMaster, so I can do this, I just need to know how, because I'm still new at this.

Just make about 50 million new detail part pages and stuff all the other parts into that one.
Spore is creative, even the mods and hacks.
Or, should I say, especially the mods and hacks?

I don't quite understand what that means... sorry about that, I'm such an amateur as Spore modder. :oops:
Also, since it's really hard for me to understand, is it okay if you can do it for me? You probably wouldn't want to anyways because I know how much time that'll take, though... :|

Yea I wouldn't really want to go through the trouble of messing with all the part pages.

Yeah, go figure; I have SporeMaster though, so all you have to do is tell me what to change so that I can go through the trouble myself. :)

Basically you'd need to change the parent category on all the page files of the other darkspore parts so they have the same parent category as the detail pages. I'm not on my computer right now, so I can't really give specific directions...

Okay, I unpacked the mod that was shown in the video in the OP (allparts.package) and inspected it. This is what I see:

Actually it only unlocks parts in the default categories, so you'd have to modify every parts page (staffs, blades, guns, masks, etc) so it all was under one of the default categories (detail, mouth, limbs, etc) or there is the option of making it unlocked at the start, but I don't know how to do that.
