3d cell editor.

for the 3d cell editor mod- i was wondering if i needed galactic adventures installed to use it.

anyway, i am just asking. because i do have galactic adventures, but it wont open.

most mods require GA because many files change with the expansion. its best to use GA with mods, but not always required.

riddle me this...

do you use mac or pc?

vista or xp?

where did you put the mod?

i need to know this to give you better answers.

I don't know how to run the 3D cell editor in the game because it doesn't work
