First off, I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place, but whatever.
For some reason, I can't scroll in or scroll out, I don't know why though?
But when I click on the manual zoom in and zoom out buttons, it works.

You have to hold shift when scrolling in the editor. It have always been that way and DI has nothing to do with it
