Restored Hut Editor

Post your mod requests/ideas here, not in with the actual mods.
NOTE: We can't add "new" functionality, so if there's nothing in Spore that can already do it, we probably can't do it either. That's a bit of an overgeneralization, but still a valid rule of thumb...

Restored Hut Editor

Could someone remake the Hut Editor? I mean, someone made a limb editor before.
If someone makes it, please add these features:
  • Starting with any hut as a base
  • Huts are classed as "huts" instead of creatures, cells, buildings, etc. [MAY REQUIRE THE MODAPI]
  • Custom huts can be used in the tribal stage. [REQUIRES THE MODAPI]
  • Custom parts to attach to huts
  • Removing parts from template huts
I know that it would probably take a long while to create a mod like this, but it would be so cool!

Although I can't make all of my ideas into a real mod, I have made a small proof-of-concept hut editor.
You can use some Maxis huts as templates and you can attach most parts to the hut, but that's all I was able to do. You can't even edit the hut after leaving the hut editor because it has no spine and it's saved as a creature.
