I listen to music via a different program whilst creating, and the editor's default music gets in the way. I solved that by simply turning down the ingame music volume, but I still want to hear the music I put into adventures.
I'm looking for a mod that enables me to simply mute the placed audio tracks whenever I'm in need of quiet, so there's no more clicks and boings playing in the background.
If possible, could you also remove the Sporepedia music? The Sporepedia music interferes with listening to sounds

Please keep in mind that if your request is not granted immediately, that doesn't mean it never will be. Sooner or later, someone may well pop in and try to make it happen. Patience is a virtue. Just...don't go around begging and annoying people over it.
Additionally, be aware that while the Spore ModAPI has empowered mod developers like never before, our ability to add "new" functionality still has its limits, so if there's nothing in Spore that can already do it, we may not be able to either. Nothing is lost in asking, but don't get your hopes up, especially not for anything really big.

Re: No-Editor-Music Mod
Such a mod cannot be universally created, but if you can tell me what other mods you have (and your DI configuration, if you even use DI), I can build a mod of the sort for you. However, that would not address the Adventure Editor. I don't know if it would even be possible to deal with that.
Having trouble with the Spore ModAPI Launcher Kit? Let us know here!

Re: No-Editor-Music Mod
Here's a list of the mods I use(In order):
The Sporepedia's music gets in the way of checking the adventure sounds that are ingame, the Sporepedia's default music should be silenced as well if that's possible, but I understand if it's beyond what mods are capable of.

Re: No-Editor-Music Mod
You can remove the file extension Spore_Audio2.package. Music from sporopedia will disappear.
