Infinite Part Size?

I would like someone to make a mod that can make VERY big or VERY small parts, I've looked all over the internet for one, and I found one on Davo's extra mods that weren't made by him. I found one, but it... didn't work. Can anyone try to make a mod like this?

to do that you would need to edit each part, including its center, left, and right models, if included.
thats alot of editing.

I was thinking that if whoever made that mod could do it, then you can do it as well. Also, I've just figured out that the mod actually does work; only if one of my other mods are taken out of the Spore GA data folder. The problem is that mod I have that's disabling the infinite part size mod is very important, I don't want to take out that mod. To be honest, I'm not a modifier at these things, nor am I good in programming. So I was just assuming that making this kind of mod would be pretty simple.

I do not necessarily need infinite shrink size, so I think that mod you have is perfect. Can you try to look for it? Maybe on betterspore?
