Sorry, it works. and I was talking about the 5.1 patch or the patch setup you DL on the dark injections website to patch SPORE.

Yeah, every now and then it works for a Steam Spore user, but most experience major issues .___.

Do i have to redownload the package files, if i installed them earlier when it wasn't 9.r?

Nope, the old ones are fine. HOWEVER you may need to rename and relocate them, as described in the readme included in the DI 9.r download. Take a look once it's finished downloading, it tells you what to do.

Well there never was a dedicated "sharing-friendly" anything, but if you mean the changes to the Cell Parts and the removal of Mandatory Infinite complexity...

Hello. I'm really impressed with how much progress there is with DI as a whole. The last time I tried it everything for me was compressed into one tab and parts would have broken colour, be invisible, without animation, or basic glitches.
Now everything is sorted neatly into tabs, every part has a name and attribute and there are no colour or model bugs. I'm also super happy that the models I've built with the older mods are working fine still. :D

Although, the only problem I have is that the camera in creature editor seems zoom out high above the creature and I can't get it to stay down. I've tried installing 2015_DI_FIX.package (38.2MB) but that didn't help much.

How can I fix the creature camera?

Actually, if you're using Dark Injection v9, there were plenty of texture bugs, just of a...different, less noticeable variety. DI 9.r finally exterminates this issue. (or atleast 99% of the way, idk)

why is it a zip file and not a package file, I only know how to do it if it is a .package file

I'm having the same problem PoisonousOrchid posted about above. Creature camera being broken makes it impossible to play through the game. Any updates since that post? (It was made almost 2 months ago).
