Kill the placeholders

We should finish the placeholder abilities, like stunning headbutt and hothead, flame charge ice skate meld rush and poison dash, and finish uploading the steelbeak spiritteeth and netwing parts.

I don't think they're exactly placeholders, because I remember using them back in the old DI versions.
Old :spore: player since 2010.

Those abilities aren't placeholders, they're deprecated.
