Oculus Rift Pros:
- It is more lightweight
- it is more comfortable
- it contains proper headphones
- it has a clean modern design
Oculus Rift Cons:
- it do not have a frontal camera wich makes it easy to bump in to things
- it do not come with the Oculus touch contoller in the packade (you will have to buy them separately when it get released)
HTC Vive Pros:
- it is fully roomscale suported
- it includes the Steam VR motion contollers in the package
- it do have a frontal camera
HTC Vive Cons:
- it has some weight to it wich can make it a but uncomfortable if you use it for a longer period of time
- it is really expensive

Audio: Oculus Rift contains built in headphones (removable) that is known to be really good. The HTC Vive do just have some normal earphones.
