[MOD API] Universal Property Enhancer

I have updated Universal Property Replacement, added many new and useful features, and hopefully solved some of the inconsistencies people were having with it, because of the many new features, this mod has been renamed from Universal Property Replacement(UPR) to Universal Property Enhancer(UPE), this still contains everything UPR had, and thus breaks no mods using UPR.

This Mod Uses the Mod API to allow for making changes to prop files without editing them such as:
Changing a property universally across all files.
Altering a specific file without actually editing it.
Removing properties from a file without actually editing it.
This allows you to do things like Infinite Part Scaling, without having to edit the prop file for every part.

This mod by itself does nothing without a package configured to use this mod.
A sample project showing how configuration is done can be found at the download link for the mod.

This is REALLY cool.
I'm currently using this with your infinite part scaling mod, and it's great!
I CAN NOW MAKE MOUTH CELLS!

Ye i got a question. How to install it? Im new to spore modding sooooo....

I can't extract the sample, none of the rar extractors I tried recognize it.

Thanks! Is there a tutorial on how to use it? I can't seem to get the package I made to do anything even though I have UPR installed.

EDIT: It appears that it's UPR itself that is not functioning. A tutorial would still be great but I need to know how to fix this

Same here, I can't get the mod to work for some reason though I got all the parts I needed to run it.

For anyone have the same problem with me that is ERROR 5 when launching via the Spore ModAPI Launcher is shows ERROR 5 and a bunch of windows, I believe the culprit is Steam.
Here's how I get my thing fixed: First launch via steam, if you have any ModAPI required mod installed it will ask you to quit after you
ve enter the game but it doesn't matter. Second go launch through Spore ModAPI Launcher, and if things turn out correct, you should be able to play.

The new version doesn't seem to work on building now, or it just doesn't work. I'm not sure.
But I'm certain that it doesn't work on building

I have updated UPE to v1.1.0, it contains a new feature allowing adding palette icons(the things C&C and Bot Parts and Exoskeleton Parts use) for mods, check the wiki to explain how to use it.
