Project Bacterioid.

Project: Bacterioid is a standalone overhaul of the Cell Editor with the primary objective being enhancing the overall creative potential of the editor.

Features!
    -3D Editors. All Versions of the Cell Editor have been converted to 3D, with integrated functionality native to the Creature Editor, such as:
    -Spine Manipulation. Resize, lengthen and shorten the Spine to your heart's content, exactly as within the Creature Editor.
    -"Unlimited" Complexity. Parts no longer add to the Complexity Score. Note: be extremely careful with this new freedom, too many parts can increase load times for operations such as painting and editing, up until the creation won't save at all.
    -Free Parts. For the sake of making complicated, pretty creations, all parts now cost 0 DNA.
    -Morph and Rotation handles. Thanks to the 3D environment, parts can now be customised even more, with previously unusable sliders now available for use. As a requirement, all parts can be placed anywhere on the creation, whereas before they were locked to the sides.
    -Part and Spine Scale. Parts and the Spine Segments can now be scaled dramatically beyond their original limits, with roughly 10x more for the original max size and about 1/5 of the original minimum size.
    -Part Stacking. Cell Parts can now be placed on top of eachother and stacked.
    -In-Game Access to Complete Cell Editor. Because all versions of the editor have been replaced with the Complete version, you need only access it by editing a self-made cell.

All cell editors are replaced with the hidden one, and that also gives you the hidden parts.
Nobody can add the hidden parts to the Cell Stage, unless you use the evoadvantage mod.

Indeed. Every version of the editor has been replaced with the Complete Cell Editor, with all parts pages, but as previously stated, no, you cannot access the parts in the actual Cell Game. This is largely because we have no goddamned idea how to unlock them for use. Of course, you can use the Evoadvantage mod to play with Cells with advanced parts, yes, but hopefully that's only temporary until we figure how to fix the issue.
