Try putting the mod in the bo2 mod, as mentioned a few posts back.


Spore is creative, even the mods and hacks.
Or, should I say, especially the mods and hacks?

I don't have that, I have the Origin version and all I see when I open the folder Origin games is:
A folder called "Spore"
A folder called "SPORE Creepy Cute Parts Pack"
A folder called "SPORE Galactic Adventures"

Aaaahhhh..... There is your issue. You have the origin version. :|
Try putting in in creepy and cute. If that doesn't work, its because of origin.

I also have the steam version (I originally bought it on steam but I couldn't log in so EA Advisors added the complete pack to my origin so I got Spore the complete pack at a price of 2 for 1) :D

I have both original(steam) and cracked versions and i can use any mods with both, even Dark Injection... But I just can't log in. i've read somewhere that the Spore site isn't accepting new users and will be shut down in 2014, and i think it's true, a few weeks ago i've seen a lot of uploads on the sporepedia that had a paper-like building and it was a petition to keep the site online. :|

Pretty much. Most mods will work, but some things won't. ie: patch 6 is incompatible with cracked games. The widely used force save mod doesn't work on steam, but there are other methods.

Hello! I loved the idea of this mod, and got it right away, however, after properly placing it in the "Data" bin, it didn't work.
Keep in mind, my creature was pretty dang big, and had level 5 strike and pose.
I kept clicking the Early Stage creatures and trying to use the strike button and I just kept slamming keys, yet nothing happened. Yes, I did have it in "Attack Stance."

In case this isn't a "Mod not working" problem, and it's just me not knowing how to pick up the creatures, how do I pick up the creatures? ( P.S. I tried to pick up a baby by spamming keys but I just killed it and made the creatures angry. )

In case this IS a " Mod not working " problem, how do I get it to work.

( P.S. I do not have GA, but I downloaded it anyway, since most mods that " Need GA or else " work on my Spore. At least, most parts mods. )

Um...it should work the same way as with sticks and such.

Also, if it says it requires GA, then it requires GA. Parts mods are the only exception, and even they don't always work 100% correctly.

Yeah, that's not an unreasonable conclusion. I'm happy to help when possible, but...mods nowadays are typically built for GA.
