Game suddently starts crashing on launch

I was playing spore with Dark injections and some other minor mods and was going fine until, in the space stage, I finnished my first adventure. After finnishing it and saving, I decided to close Spore and now whenever I try to launch the game it crashes.

What spore version? Steam? Origin? GoG? CD disk?

Try reinstalling, but test if Vanilla Spore is okay before reinstalling DI, mods are known to cause a few instabilities, though this is rare.
