Broken Mod???

I downloaded Davo's baby kidnapping mod, and I really liked the mod! But somehow, the mod stopped working. I tried to see if it was in the right folder, and it was. I even tried a different computer (because the other one had viruses, so I thought a different computer would work), downloaded the mod, moved it to the exact folder, and still no luck. I even have Spore Galactic Adventures, just so you know, so that I don't have a different Spore game. The mod USED to work, so it should with the patches that I have. If anyone could fix this baby kidnapping mod, that'd be great!
