agreed, except for #2. i use depth handles on every part for maximum part adjustment capabilities so this isn't really applicable, it uses whatever version of the parts you've got installed, with or without handles 1. you can't really just create algorithms in Spore modding, we don't have access to the source code. we can only really use what we've already got, in terms of code bits

The animations from the creature creator, i've heard, are in a different format than the ones present in the base game, and currently cannot be used. If that has been rectified recently then I'm not aware of it.
