Are you sure that you have the UPE mod installed, and that you are running Spore through the Spore ModAPI Launcher Kit?
(You should try using the verifyupe cheat too, to ensure that it's functioning.)

The Spore ModAPI Launcher Kit doesn't prevent that, though.
The only thing that does is launching Spore (or the Launcher Kit) with administrator privileges.

Hi, I have an error with my mods. Could someone help me figure out what is wrong? Your regular user account doesn't have access to the .lib file. Go to D:\Program Files\Games\EA App\Spore Mods\Spore ModAPI Launcher Kit\ and set the global permissions for the mLibs folder to Allow for all user groups.
