Thank you for taking a look for existing threads before creating a new one. This issue has come up before. For the moment, it is a bug of sorts in DI itself. For now, the only solution is to disable the Core Part Pages component...which also does what it says on the tin, unfortunately. However, not ...

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a way to just make them not be unlockable. That having been said, the Core Part Pages component exists, and therefore can be disabled, which does accomplish the goal of making the parts not be unlockable. None of the other parts are unlockable at all, current...
