Yeah, that's Steam, but not in the way you think it is. It's not the text that's missing, it's the new text styles. That's a UI issue, not a text issue. So if migrating to Origin isn't an option, just uninstall the UI-Darkspore and UI-!Layouts components and you should be good to go.

Part models don't have idle animations. Feet do, however, have an animation for bending as the creature walks, so...there's that. No idea what the hash is for that animation though. (Good news though: that animation is optional...heck, limbs are the only type of model which needs any kind of animat...

Adding the music is pretty simple. In AdventureProps v4 Camben did it: http://davoonline.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=117&t=2805 He has not added all of them, but it's easy to do. The rest of the characteristics I see more complicated to achieve. The obstacle is finding the music, not adding it ....
