IIRC, #02B9F662 are just prop files. Remove the actual prop hash from reg_type and add taht one instead, and when unpacking it should convert those files.

That model already exists in Spore. IIRC, camBen's Dark Genetics included it.

As a model, SporeModder can import it to Blender, but as it isn't out yet, you cant ry to rip it with 3d Ripper DX.

They are like shape key movements, I suppose. Shape key are still animations xD

Exactly, they are just animations like movements are (but morphs have some extra properties, like the handle position).

Those two are very old versions of Spore Resurrection, which is the old and deprecated predecessor of Spore Resurrection: Next Steps. I honestly don't recommend you to play them; you'll just find some minor gameplay tweaks and some ugly creature parts.
