My guess is that modding Mind Meld to specifically last longer is impossible. But, if I'm wrong, can someone tell me how it can be done? :? Really? Did you successfully mod Mind Meld, or another captain weapon? :?

Can someone please tell me the glitch to make Mind Meld permanently ally creatures? Seeing now as it's impossible to mod captain abilities (especially since Davo tried with no luck), I'm interested in knowing this glitch. :mrgreen:

a true glitch is not something you can just do anytime you want, otherwise it would just be a normal part of programming. a bug perhaps. Oh... I don't really mind the whole captain parts in the Creature Stage, anyways. :roll:

Yea I wouldn't really want to go through the trouble of messing with all the part pages.
Yeah, go figure; I have SporeMaster though, so all you have to do is tell me what to change so that I can go through the trouble myself. :)

Just make about 50 million new detail part pages and stuff all the other parts into that one. I started a new game in Cell Stage and when I evolved to Creature Stage all D.I. parts are locked. It's only possible to unlock the parts that are in default categories. If you want to use a customized guy in a stage, just use evoadvantage

the ball is the same ball you see when you rotate a head or a limb. so no it is not supposed to be in the game. OH, now I get it; those ball parts are the same as the rotatable head manipulators. Got it! ;) I might possibly download SporeMaster from the link you gave me in one of your threads again...

No, I meant was it intentional that those ball things are supposed to be visible in Paint Mode and Test Drive Mode? Just curious since it looks like somthing new in Dark Injection v9.
