My mod launcher is located in program files, on its own folder.

Oh, I'm not sure then. Do you have any other mods installed? Try removing them and reinstalling the launcher

I don't think there is but you can use the mod cambens colour parts to create one, use the base colour knurl so they are the same colour.

Do you have spore on steam by any chance? I have the same problem and its fixed by restarting the Pc.
It might just be a steam incompatibility issue.

Just so you know you can hold tab when selecting a hand, it will give you more rotation options for it so a mod is not needed.

You just have to unlock the parts in creature stage, dig up skeletons or attack or befriend alpha's for them. Your part mods are fine.

I've noticed that too, i still have a few of my old aquatic creatures except they're a bit broken (certain parts clip through each other and the textures are glitched). i'm not sure what happened but most of them seem to be gone since i'm on a different PC. i'll re upload the ones i managed to keep ...

If you don't have a licenced copy you can't nake them. Or if you have steam like me you can't either. If you want a account either buy the game on a disc or origin.

I could try to make some of them in sculptris but im not sure how to actually make it into a new part

I've got the same problem too. I uninstalled all my mods and put it in data like you said but still can't get it to work .-.
