I took a screenshot and have tried to upload three times but cannot. I saved it to paint I do not have adobe photo so I not sure why its not uploading. I opened it in paint to make sure it was there and was so i dont know if you have any suggestions let me know, Thanks James

HI i have a launcher error when trying to play this game. I have had this game for two weeks and have not been able to play it. I was refered to you by EA rep and installed your patch but i still get the launcher error. I dont know what else to do so any help would be appreciated! Thanks James
